  3. The manufacturing process will be appended to the WORK IN PROGRESS production queues after we received DP receipt & mascot design.
  4. DP (Down Payment) 50% of the invoice total.
  5. Commonly, the manufacturing process takes 10-14 working days (Sundays off).
  6. We will arrange the shipping of the finished orders or you can pick them yourself up only after there are no remaining payment dues exists.

  8. Mascot costumes that have been completed but the customer does not complete the payment within 30 days, then the condition of the mascot costume is no longer in our responsibility.
  9. INDOMASCOT has the right to display photos & videos of the mascot costumes made for portfolio purposes, unless there is a special request from the customer.
  10. Issues related to the copyright of the mascot design, are fully borne by the customer.
  11. All consequences of changing the invoice price at the customer's request, are fully borne by the customer.
  12. Changes may occur at any time without any notices.
